Greetings,
I am Holli Jenkins-Chandler, Assistant Principal of Noxubee County High School. It is indeed a great privilege to help lead an energetic, motivated, and intelligent group of Noxubee Tigers! This year our motto is “Aspire to Acquire Greatness”.
As we “aspire to acquire greatness”, we set our expectations high for students, staff, and the community. Our goal is to help develop highly-qualified teachers who prepare our students to succeed in the 21st century. Through collaboration, professional development, and professional learning communities, we know our goal can be reached of becoming an A school and district.
We charge you, the Noxubee community, to become active participants in the educational and extracurricular affairs of Noxubee County High School. We need your help and support in acquiring greatness. We know that becoming great begins one step at a time and with one individual at a time. In order to reach our goal, we must work together as a team.
As Zig Ziglar once stated, “Success means doing the best we can with what we have. Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be.” Regardless of the obstacles or circumstances, we will reach our goal of success. Thank you for your support towards NCHS. We look forward to a great 2013-2014 school year.
